Go to the deli, you need pig.

Sometimes a Turkey Club (turkey breast with bacon, lettuce, and tomato) is sufficient, and sometimes it’s not.  Right now, it’s not.  Ask the deli clerk to toast up some whole wheat sliced bread.  After it’s read, slather it with russian dressing and plenty of black pepper.  Meanwhile, get the grill going and get a healthy pile of bacon cooking.  Then have the griddle cook heat the turkey breast with the bacon (choose the maple turkey breast, if available), but don’t stop there.  Pick up some honey ham and get that into the meat pile.  When it’s nice and toasty, pile that on the bread along with some finely shredded lettuce and thinly sliced tomato.  You’ll thank me.
