Identify some Indian restaurant.
Order up the largest, soft bread they have (nan preferred; actually onion nan is better). Then get the Lamb Saag (stewed spinach and lamb) and ask for a chutney and any type of hot pepper sauce (usually green). Smear the chutney onto the naan, and then put a healthy amount of the stew onto that; then liberally dress with the spicy sauce. Roll it together, not too tight, and enjoy your freshly made kathi roll.
