Having traveled all the way to New Jersey with Lon yesterday, I wasn’t going to leave without trying at least one more thing, so we stopped in at Cranbury Pizza 63 North Main Street, Cranbury, NJ 08512. The two-block main street has such a friendly vibe to it. We walked up with our dog Ice, where families and couples greeted us. The restaurants here all seemed to have outdoor seating and plenty of spots open. Lon stepped inside to grab a slice of Margherita Pizza and was shocked at the city prices, $2.25 for this slice.

Cranbury Margherita Slice

It was decent, a very crispy crust, but lacked elasticity. You could barely taste the sauce but the cheese and basil was fresh. Overall, it was very light pizza, but forgettable.
