		<description>Wow this looks fantastic!  I have never been to this restaurant but I will have to add to my ever-growing list of places to try.  

That sheep&#039;s milk dumplings with spicy lamb sausage would be just the kind of thing that I would love.  Great photography.</description>

About the &quot;baby&quot; lamb chops. I think lamb refers to sheep that is under 1 year old. Baby lamb chops are supposed to be from lamb that are only 4-6 weeks old.</description>
