Les, I think the French have a reputation for being snooty and there's definitely a hint of that air at most high end French places, but the service will still be top notch. I'm not saying it's ok but sometimes I can overlook it when they really are perfectionists and are making sure everything is done right. But here, it was downright obnoxious looks and disregard. I tend not to send these posts to owners because I have a blog, and I don't want it to seem like I'm just trying to abuse power. I do this blog for the love of it and just want it to be honest so that others can gain from my experience.
