Sheila, I think it was just a basic star tip (smaller) but because of the consistency of the truffle cream, it rippled more. Please let me know what you think and send pics if you take pics!!

i never quite am a fan of cup cakes because they’re just so… plain to me. past the frostings you get the flavored sponge. but my, that is a cup cake i’d actually make!

Oooh! I like the truffles at the bottom- looks like a crust! Fantastic experimenting.
