Indian Pizza! Looks good! Might be pizza night here. Nothing as exotic as Indian Pizza though.

Fusion is always fun. I'm surprised that there aren't more fusion pizzas although there are some. Two Boots does a Cajun one and I vaguely remember eating some fusion-y stuff at California Pizza Kitchen when I was a kid. This also just reminded me of the Lamb Pizzaiola that Lon made in March.

At this critical recession time, I think lots of chefs are trying to come up with innovative ideas to attract more eaters. Fusion is definitely the way to attract consumers to try out new things. I see lots of creative dishes coming soon.

That pizza looks CRAZY good, though. I never thought of Indian-style pizza! Gosh, gotta love fusion food and its creativity!
