Find a street cart named desire (falafel).

Order a platter of rice and salad, plus a combo of falafel and lamb gyro.  Top with yogurt and hot sauce. Get pita on the side.  When you sit down to eat, try to get a little of everything into each bite (rice, salad, falfel, lamb, and pita.  It’s a hit.
