		<description>peaches and cherries, eh?  i can&#039;t say i&#039;ve ever had the two together, but the color combination is perfect!  i love galettes for two reasons--they&#039;re so rustic, and they involve a crust.  yum.</description>

		<description>EMC, most chefs are either savory or pastry, not both. I&#039;ve been told since culinary school that it was weird that I liked both equally. I&#039;m still not sure if that&#039;s a good or bad thing. =/</description>

		<description>First off, thanks for the shout! Second, your galette looks absolutely wonderful. I knew yours would look fantastic--I just don&#039;t have the baking gene. As for Carla, I told everyone around me at the time that if that&#039;s all it takes to get kudos from the judges, I might as well have been on Top Chef. 

I had the same skepticism about the dough at first, especially since all the other recipes I&#039;ve used were much different in the prep/dough stage, but this one&#039;s a keeper!</description>
