Second, your galette looks absolutely wonderful. I knew yours would look fantastic--I just don't have the baking gene. As for Carla, I told everyone around me at the time that if that's all it takes to get kudos from the judges, I might as well have been on Top Chef. I had the same skepticism about the dough at first, especially since all the other recipes I’ve used were much different in the prep/dough stage, but this one’s a keeper!
