Mother nature must have intended on this salad since these goodies are ready at the same time. It’s young romaine, sugar snap peas, and strawberries, all picked at Lee Turkey Farm. I added some blue cheese (thank goodness cheese is an all year round thing) and drizzled balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Don’t forget kosher salt and freshly ground pepper. Faster than fast food and two many times more healthy and delicious!

Mmmm. The colors are beautiful, and I love fruit and cheese together in salad.
And the snap peas are really different. Nice, sweet touch.
Ah yes, one of the benefits of having fresh produce around–looks beautiful! I like to sprinkle a bit of rice vinegar on strawberry and spinach salads.
We usually have so much leftover produce from our garden that we donate to the local food bank; I wish we could just ship it off to you guys, but that sort of defeats the purpose!
What a great salad! The blue cheese sounds fantastic with it.
I would have never thought of pairing strawberries and blue cheese. Very creative!

Megan, I’m in the same boat, any salad with fruit and cheese is fantastic!
