Happy Anniversary Lon and Jessica. What a wonderful way to bring it in. I felt like I was eating with you guys as I went through each photo. Can't wait for the second anniversary report.

I love cheese too and goat cheese is one of my favourites

Megan, I went to Murray's right after dinner to ask for Hubbardston Blue so that I could see if it was the one we had, but they didn't have it. =( I'll have to keep looking, but thanks...I hope that's it.

Aww, happy anniversary! That cheese cart looks DIVINE - I'm of the "you can never have too much cheese" school myself. About the goat/blue - could it be a Hubbardston Blue? It looks kind of like a brie, only with a powdery blue-grey outside, and it tastes a lot like a blue chevre.
