		<description>I love ceviches.  So bright and flavorful.  But don&#039;t throw away that strained liquid.  That&#039;s the Leche de Tigre!  It&#039;s a great accompaniment to the ceviche.</description>

		<description>That is so true Anne. But I like ceviche a lot. I think the addition of pomelo sounds so good, a nice citrus and acidity for the shrimp. Presented very well.</description>
