I missed Sushi Yasuda so much. We’ve been so busy with the triathlon, Chicago, and Rosh Hashana, that’s it’s been almost 3 weeks since our last visit.
Just one new piece this time, Sarume Squid, expertly scored, amazingly soft and almost creamy. Your teeth just sink right through, unlike most squid, a little more like certain clams. It was great!
