In a chaotic world of food, FoodMayhem is bringing order.
Written from New York City (mostly), FoodMayhem.com is a food blog, and usually a recipe blog, but strays into a restaurant blog and sometimes a travel blog. We just love food: talking about food, writing about food, looking at food, taking pictures of food, making a blog about food, and, of course, eating food.
We picked up Lesina Olive Oil in Dubrovnik, Croatia. While it is more flavorful than most olive oils here, it has a bitterness to it that I find unpleasant. I should have stuck to buying olive oils from Greece and Italy.

I never knew Croatia made Olive Oil! I tend to dislike bitter tasting oils as well, thanks for the warning.
We didn’t know either. When you take a risk, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose.
