Nope, the chef has definitely changed. I don't care what they say. The soup dumpling has a doughy top. Not cool. The vegetable dumplings were extra doughy too. I was also very disappointed in the Sea Cucumber, which was so soft and mushy. Some other dishes were pretty good but not particularly special enough to warrant going again.
