Just on a whim, Lon and I decided to play around with dressing up Rice Krispy Treats. We used a standard recipe and just laid it in a pan in a thinner layer than normal. We whipped some peanut butter until it was fluffy and spread it on and then rolled it up.
The rice krispy roll was then sliced and dipped in chocolate on one side. It was a bit messy but delicious!

We’ve been to Village Mingala. It’s the only Burmese place I know. It’s pretty good, but not great, but priced low enough, so worth a shot for anyone who wants to try Burmese.
