That's my "we want oxygen" / bring it to the streets rant, what do you think? It's about the CO2-packaged meat that's been around for a bit; and it's time it goes away. I was really happy to read an article over at Slate about this issue. Particularly, because they have a copy of a letter from Safeway SVP, Meat & Seafood, Michael McGinnis, stating that Safeway will no longer carry meat in CO2 packages.
