Last night, I dreamt of cheeses. It was the first time I had such a dream. It was eerily vivid, I had long, in depth conversations about the way cheese melts, and how awesome it tastes. I dreamt of the creaminess of brie and the interesting way that swiss melts when it is in big cuts. Does anyone else find this odd? I am lactose intolerant (I just won't stand for it!) and I had some milk before I went to bed last night.. Perhaps that had something to do with it?

Go figure.
